We’re Hector and Jessica Gonzalez, owners of Caring Transitions of Knoxville SW. After spending many years in the corporate world, we reached a point where we wanted our work to feel more personal and more connected to the people around us. Living in Knoxville for the past decade has given us a deep appreciation for this community, and we knew we wanted to build something that reflected our values and allowed us to give back in a meaningful way.

We were drawn to Caring Transitions because of its compassion and respect for older adults. We believe seniors deserve thoughtful, dignified support during times of change, and we saw how often families are left trying to navigate those moments on their own. This work allows us to bring organization, care, and steady guidance into situations that can feel overwhelming.

As a married couple raising our family here, we understand how important trust and communication are. Our goal is to be a reliable presence, someone you can count on to listen, help you think through next steps, and create a clear plan when life feels uncertain. We’re honored to walk alongside families in our community during these important transitions.
